1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between the following parties.

Buyer
The Buyer is the individual or legal entity whose name, billing information, shipping address, and contact information are provided when placing an order through furryparcel.store.
2. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products purchased through furryparcel.store.
Before completing an order, the Buyer is provided with information concerning the main characteristics of the product, price, applicable charges, delivery information, payment conditions, and relevant cancellation or withdrawal rights.
3. Product Information
The essential characteristics of the products are displayed on their respective product pages.
Product details may include:
- Description
- Available variants
- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Price
- Estimated delivery information
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences in appearance or color may occur because of manufacturing variations, screen settings, supplier updates, or product batches.
4. Prices
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed at checkout.

FurryParcel works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment providers.
Accordingly, products may be shipped directly from a supplier or fulfillment facility to the Buyer.
Products included in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
7. Delivery
The Buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery times depend on factors including:
- Destination
- Product
- Supplier
- Shipping service
- Customs procedures
- Carrier delays
- Seasonal demand
For many orders, estimated delivery may be approximately:
5–15 business days
unless another delivery estimate is shown on the product page or checkout.

8. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by events outside our reasonable control.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and any required refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Right of Withdrawal
Where Turkish consumer law applies, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement:
- Within 14 days
- Without providing a reason
- Without contractual penalty
For goods, the period generally begins upon delivery.

10. Returning Products
After sending a valid withdrawal request, the Buyer must return the relevant goods within the period required by applicable law.

Do not return a product directly to the address printed on the shipping package unless FurryParcel specifically instructs you to do so.

11. Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Where Turkish statutory withdrawal rights apply, refunds will be processed according to the time limits and conditions required by applicable consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
12. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined according to applicable law and the reason for the return.
Where Turkish consumer law applies, a consumer exercising the statutory withdrawal right cannot be charged return costs when the return is made through the carrier specified in the pre-contract information, or where no return carrier was specified and the consumer uses another carrier. 13. Exceptions to Withdrawal Rights
The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to certain categories allowed by law, including, depending on the circumstances:
- Personalized or made-to-order products
- Products made specifically according to a customer's individual requirements
- Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly
- Certain sealed hygiene-sensitive products after their protective seal has been opened
- Certain digital content
- Certain immediately performed services where legally permitted
Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over this Agreement.
14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is:

- Defective
- Incorrect
- Incomplete
- Materially different from the item ordered

15. Risk During Shipment

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
For customers located outside Türkiye, mandatory consumer protection rules in the customer's jurisdiction may also apply.
